Visual Programming - is it working?

As title, I get to the button that says "GOTO TO VISUAL PROGRAMMING", but nothing happens. I've tried it in both Linux and Windows, and with Firefox, Chrome and IE. I can get the scope and spectrum analyser to fire up (scope sees no signals though, that'll be another post).

My SD Card image is "Stable OS Release" in Quick Start. I can connect fine via SSH and the USB/FTDI serial port.

To add insult to injury, my 7 day licence that I've never been able to use has now expired. RP people, give me one good reason why I should pay for something if I don't even know if it'll ever work?

I'm really sorry to be so down on the RP, but it's been one disappointment after another. Please, spend some time, check over your website and its instructions with an RP out of the box yourselves, so much is broken.

Hello,

I am having the same problem. I mistakenly got a 7 Day Trial License when I just wanted to see what Visual Programming is! I got locked out of my Visual Programming trial. I assume Support is Monday through Friday (European Time). I will likely wait days for a response, and only get a brief window to see if I even want it.

I suggest the website programmers get rid of the brief generalized Happy Marketing Speak on the Visual Programming instructions page and add actual content on what Visual Programming is. It would also be helpful to fix the website so it does not give you a trail license when you close the webpage at the license pop-up without pressing the agree or decline buttons.
