'stepped' measurement data

Hi!

I am working on the data acquisation in matlab and ran into a weird problem while setting the decimation factor. When leaving it to default (1), even in the low frequency domain, you can see some kind of binary acquisation. I encountered the same problem using the LTI DSP Workbench, although I cannot reconstruct how.

Attached you may find the signal for different decimation factors. After going up to 64 (which should be similar to a sampling rate of 1.9 MHz), the signal smoothes (loosing accuracy). Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
