CalScope (0.92-3)

I am using OS 0.95-1 and would like to install CalScope (0.92-3) from the Bazaar;

Unfortunatly, when i clicked on install from Bazaar, it does not installed. Other apps can be installed.

Is there a limitation with CalScope (0.92-3) and OS 0.95? When will it be resolved ?

Calscope was released for the 0.92 ecosystem and has not been updated to work with 0.94 and later. No app that was working before 0.94 can be used in 0.94 and later without modifications.
Calscope is a contributed app, so it's up to its author to make it compatible - or not.

Means that every version of contributed app should follow numbering of released OS?

It is not a hard rule, but it is certainly helpful in spotting compatibility issues. This is especially true for the compatibility-breaking changes between 0.93 and 0.94 .
