labview sample problem

I got my project with 2 fast analog in ports but i get them in labview as an array of samples.
because of the delayin samples i got different times for each set of samples.
the problem for that is that i cannot measure my phase shift angle( the degrees that one signal is slower then the other). each sample array set gives another angle.
anyone knows a solution for this to solve this in labview?

I don't know much about the Labview integration, but it looks like Germán successfully records both channels simultaneously within Labview. Take a look at his approach.

i will try it the german way ^^
hope it will solve my problem. i think i am triggering twice now.
and guess that is disturbing my measurement. thanks for help.
