Control RedPitaya via Labview: Digital IO

Hallo,
I have a small problem with my red pitaya and labview. I hope you can help me.

Wath is the problem:
I would like to output a high/low signal over the digital IO 5 every 400 ms but it doesn´t work. I have attached the labview program as picture with.

Do you know what the problem is?
