VNA program problem

Hi Pavel and all other VNA interested!
I began using the Red Pitaya as a VNA to measure frequency response of a homebrew bandpass filter.
I use OS 097.560 and obtained the VNA App from market place (094.1451)
That works and the RP goes into VNA mode.
Then I start the vna.exe - application (Windows 8.1) downloaded from here: http://pavel-demin.github.io/red-pitaya-notes/vna/
The file for download is called vna-win32-20170819.zip: I extracted it into a local folder and started the vna.exe file from that local folder.
However, the VNA won´t work: I can change the IP adress and connect to the RP successfully, but whenever I try to sweep (pressing on LOAD, SHORT, OPEN or DUT) a small "Sweep status" window opens and the program gets stuck. I also changed bandwidth and no. of points which sometimes allows the sweep status to reach some percentage ("Sweep status"), but it never succeeds.
Am I doing something wrong here?
All the best, Frank DD4WH
