Running Two C Files Simultaneously

Hi,
I am trying to sun two C files (separate main files) simultaneously, each generating same signal and feeding it to the inputs. However, when I check the output, one of the inputs on oscilloscope shows 10 times less its set frequency value in the file??
This is just a test code for me, I ll be running simultaneous programs for my project, let me know if there is some special workaround.
