In your image file contain apps/led_blinker and my redpitaya led is blinking.
it is mean your image is work.
So I think the problem is the network setup.

I also try to see IP 192.168.42.1 in my cmd by using "arp -a" command, but not found.

For information. There is now a release with updated VNA code. The new version of the VNA code has now a command to control the GPIO pins. I've also added an updated version of the MATLAB code to the GitHub repository:
