FFT waterfall C?

Hello im a electronics engi undergrad and i recently got my hands into a redpitaya.
My goal is being able to develop a FFT high frecuency spectrum analysis(100khz min).
Starting from the example already existing in STEMLAB
I am looking for someone to point me the way to dive inside the code of each STEMLAB example, to be able to modify it.
