Taking two fast ADC inputs at the same time.

Hello!
I would like to know how to acquire the two inputs at the same time because if I take it one after the other, there is always a slight time lag and there is difference in the input values even though the signal given to both the inputs are the same. Also, is there a way to clear the buffer every time we start a new run.??
