Version 2 on hw_rev 1.1.2 Fail

Getting

ERROR: Did not find a cmdline Flattened Device Tree
Could not find a valid device tree

From a flashed RedPitay_OS_2.00-30_stable.img flashed to a 32 GB.
My memory was erased and checked with Spinrite 6.1.
No errors reported by BalenaEtcher while flashing.

I believe I have a STEMlab_125-14

Can anyone give me some direction?
