What is Martin's project all about? Gain/phase/impedance?

The new project which was shown in the Blog - from Martin Ossmann - seems to have more potential than just what was shown.
Gain and phase meter is fine, Impedance also. Will it be available as an app? Any further info?
Also - is it possible to find the code somewhere?

that appears to be really fascinating, my personal issue is the exact same, do you have a hyperlink the location where the signal can be purchased??
