About the slow ADC's

Hi, I want to know if there is a real slow ADC or it is implemented on the FPGA board, and if yes, what is the code of the slow ADC component to take a look at the datasheet. The slow ADC of my board is delivering the number 1111 1111 1111 at 0V and 0111 111 111 at full scale 3.5V.

the slow ADC is a built-in component of the ZYNQ. Look up the XADC's User Guide and the ZYNQ technical reference manual.
