WSPR app problems

I have a few questions about the WSPR app that were not answered elsewhere..

First.. I downloaded the SD-Image and ran the decode wspr but got this error

Cannot open data file 'wspr_*_170103_2045.c2'

Second. I pulled the binary files on the WSPR image over to the debian offical memory stick that came with my RP and when I run any of the binary I get a

bus error

I assume this is because of the missing dependency on vivadio? but nothing on this page https://github.com/pavel-demin/red-pita ... issues/213 suggests this.

any assistance with this.. basically I want to get this into some sort of runable code on the official image. but it seems it wont run even on the WSPR-image supplied

If this message is shown just for the very first decoding then it's OK. Please try to wait a few minutes for more decodes.

You're on your own here. I could only try to help you with my WSPR SD image.

ahh I understand now .. the process is automatically running in the background via pre-setup chron
/root/decode-wspr.sh >> decode-wspr.log
and the logging output is there not via the shell.

I see it all working now.

the bus error was the lack of programming on the FPGA
