calibrateApp2 in 0.95 producing values 2x to large

Has anyone been able to use the calibrateApp2 to successfully calibrate in ecosystem 0.95? My attempts to use this method of calibration have resulted in calibration values that are roughly 2x what they should be. During calibration I see stderr output "calib_GetDataMedianFloat: avg" reporting voltages that are about half of the the reference voltage specified. Anyone have any idea why? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
