Osciloskope shows max 1.1 V

Hallo Forum
A few days ago Ibought a Stemlab 125-10 Diagnostik kit.
I played aroung with the osciloscope using two XBEE modules as target.
I connected the probes to the digital outputs an wondered why I got a maximum voltage of just 1.1 V.
Even at the supply voltage pins. It should be 3.3 volts. My multimeter measured this voltage.
I changed the vertical gain to 2V/div and tried a 9V battery and measured the above mentioned 1.1 V.
What do I wrong? Why is this like that?
