My RP is running very hot. How do I add a fan?

My RP is running hot and I had to remove the top part of the case for better air flow. I want to add a fan and it seems that there isn't enough clearance to install a fan inside the case, so I want to know how effective it is to have a fan on the case. Does anyone know where to get one?

You can use a 5v Micro fan on the Heatsink by using super glue or use appropriate screw diagonally to mount the fan.
