Pin configuration for using the external clock.

Post by dpal » Fri Jul 14, 2017 4:07 am

Dear All,

I am planning to use the external ADC clock for my Redpitaya. But I am confused with the documentation provided in the website. The link is here (https://redpitaya.readthedocs.io/en/lat ... xtADC.html). But, the red pitaya I have in my hand has 3 x 2 pins instead of 2 x 2 pins
as suggested in the bottom side picture ( R27, R28, R23 R24). I am bit confused with that. I have tried to check the connections using multimeter and
the below link contains the diagram (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzUqw ... kJqVXAxY0k). Please let me know if that is correct.

Regards
Debapriya

Dear Debapriya,

I don't have an answer but I would be very interested to hear what clock you are using? I.e. Where can I get a suitable clock for synchronizing two red pitayas.

Thanks

Tobias

Hey Debapriya,

Did you ever figure out the correct pin locations? I am confused about the locations of R27 and R28.
