DIO0_P oscilloscope and logic analyzer

I want to use both functions in one case similar to HAMLab. Problem is that oscillospe-app uses DIO0_P as ext trig and logic-analyzer as a connection to the extension board for CH0. My understanding is that I cannot hook both together but I have to switch this pin i.e. by a relay coresponding to the app running. My question is, where I get the information, which application is actual running or better where I get a signal to fire the relay correctly. Does anybody know how this is handled in HAMLab?
