Hello all,
I am planning on using a Red Pitaya STEMLab 125-14 V1.0 for data analysis, and I wanted to make sure I had the correct information regarding the FPGA before purchasing a Vivado license. However, for the STEMLab 125-14 V1.0, I was unable to find definite documentation describing the FPGA chip- I believe it is a Xilinx XC7Z010 Chip given the following hardware manual in Red Pitaya's "Read the Docs" section, but I was unsure if this applied to the version I have (V1.0 vs V1.0.1, which is in the manual). My apologies for a nit-picking question; given the price of the Vivado license, I want to ensure I am purchasing the correct one. Any and all responses are appreciated.

Out of curiosity, what is the reason not to use the free Vivado WebPACK version for programming the ZYNQ chips on the Red Pitaya boards?

Hello,
Thank you for your response. That is what I was planning on doing, I just wanted to confirm that that package would work with the FPGAs in question. My apologies for a seemingly trivial question, I am new to Red Pitaya and just wanted to make sure that I was using the correct software, especially if I had to purchase it. When I looked through the documentation on my own, I was unable to be 100% sure that would be the correct package, and just wanted to confirm. Thanks again!
