I just modeled and 3D printed an enclosure for my Red Pitaya.

Good idea to have external screws for the shell and separate screws for the board.

Do you think PLA would break when inserting the nuts ?

No, probably not, might just be a bit harder to have the nuts seated correctly. It may also depend on your printer calibration. the hexagonal holes were designed 0.3 mm wider than the actual nut size. I have not used PLA recently and rely almost exclusively on PETG since months

Excellent work. However and as far as the fan is concerned, do you have any part number of Digikey or Mouser since I haven't manage to find this in local distributors/providers.
