Hello,
Is there a way to add a third 14-bit ADC with a sample rate of 1MSPS?
I was looking at doing this through an evaluation board such as a DC782A by connecting the parallel output of the eval board to the extension connector of the Red-Pitaya
Has anyone tried something like this before or know of another solution to add a third ADC?
Thanks,
Richard

Re: Adding a third ADC
I have done exactly this.
I have added a 12bit 10MS/s ADC through the parallel port GPIO.
To do this, one must go through the examples in
http://pavel-demin.github.io/red-pitaya-notes/
afterwards add functionality to access the external GPIO directly
I have provided an FPGA block for this here
https://github.com/igttgit/Red_Pitaya_GPIO
and last step is to put in a FIFO synchronization interface to your ADC,
for this you'll have to write your own FPGA block, my one only works for my particualar ADC and connection
actual last step is the software, I don't need to display my 3rd channel data, however if you want to add a third channel
to the web application, it might take some time.
