Ultrasound adc

Hi,
Can anybody provide me with pointers to customise the RP to provide a longer ADC buffer and shorter AWG buffer.
I need approx 100us @ 125MHZ output buffer; as long as possible >1ms on the ADC side and maybe 8 GPIO I/O pins for triggering.

Happy to end up with bespoke F/W and software to talk to the board.
