RP SDR repeater / remote base

Here is an idea for using an RP for a crossbanding repeater / remote base. Is it possible to simultaneously receive and transmit on both ADC1/ADC2 and DAC1/DAC2?

Yes, it's possible.

A cross-band repeater can be very easily implemented using the SDR transceiver application and a GNU Radio configuration based on the dual TRX example.
