I wished I had some Cursors in the Web-App. It will make life more comfortable to show some moment values

This should be possible by using the crosshair plugin for Flot. See the following for an example: http://www.flotcharts.org/flot/examples ... index.html

I've looked into it and the crosshair plugin wouldn't be able to support two pairs of cursors. The plugin is fairly simple though and could easily be extended. It would also be useful to add an option to change the Y axis between manual and tracking.
