Minimal signal level to trig acquisitions

Post by Quentin_Magdelaine » Tue Nov 22, 2016 10:16 am

Hi!

I'm using my RP card to acquire signal around 10 - 30 mV (and around 1 kHz) on RF inputs. After few tests, I realize that even if I put ACQ:TRIG:LEVEL at 0, a signal smaller than 20 mV does not trigger the acquisition. More precisely, this minimal level varies between 17 and 21 mV.
Does anyone have seen that ? Does someone know if it is possible to lower this minimal level ?
20 mV is not a so small signal, any traditional oscilloscope can trigger with it.

I thank you for any answer you could give me !

Hello,
Thank you for posting!
Please try to update to latest OS. If you will still have the same behaviour please let us know, then we will try to replicate and make diagnostic for a possible bug.
