ToA Measurement with RedPitaya

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and redpitaya. I have a non-periodic signal, and I want to measure the ToA of that signal. For example when I start measurement also a clock starts, when I recieve a high signal, clock stops, displays the time measurement and starts again. I want to do this project on matlab, I try to develop something using examples on documentation but I failed. Can you give an idea , which scpi commands to use, example matlab codes etc. Thanks in advance, have a nice day!
