A Standalone-OpenSource Oscilloscope Using Red Pitaya

Greetings Community Members,
I am Impressed from the level of details that Red Pitaya offers,Team have managed to work a lot on the User Interface that I can figure out from the videos,The selection of Zynq Processor+FPGA was the main trade-off in designing the scope without Compromising the performance and implicitly lowering the cost of the System.
What I think is that We can make Red Pitaya a Standalone device ,Being an professional in Electronics I do believe that a Standalone device is more easy to work with but on the other hand I would like to get the accessibility of detachable screen in the scope.
Looking at this Marvelous piece of engineering I got a question ,Why shouldn't we build a open source Oscilloscope which can accommodate Pitaya Coupled with a 10" IPS Display and a Rechargeable Lithium battery Pack.
What I would like to do right now is get Hands on a Red Pitaya Board to start working on this project.I do have a Spare 7" Lcd TFT Panel for Beaglebone Black From 4D Systems and Also an Hongkong make 7" Display Module.So what we Can do now is ,I would Club a Chinese make https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jb8ib_xWUxw Android PC Stick with LAN connectivity and place a 10.1" HDMI Transceiver with a 7"/10.1" LCD Display with Touch screen.

For information. For about 80 euros, it's possible to buy an Android tablet with a 7" IPS screen:

What I want is a oscilloscope with stand alone capabilities using "RP". I Would like to use discrete Components like,Arm Cpu +LVDS Panel+Rechargeable Batteries.
