"Connection refused" from the client

I'm trying to make Anton Potocnik's high bandwidth averager project (https://antonpotocnik.com/?p=514765) work. Everything has been going well until the last step where I need to run the program on the client. When I press the start button, nothing gets plotted and I get an error message: "Connection refused" (here is a link to the screenshot:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ROTRFE ... sp=sharing). I checked the port and the IP of RP and they both seem correct. Does anyone have any suggestions what the problem might be?

I don't know how much said project changes the software, but I assume the webGUI stays the same.
If that is the case, open it and in the settings find SCPI and enable it.
That is usually required for various remote control commands to work.
