I was able to start the server, and I tried the adc_example_1.py, but I want to receive the data continuously, similar to the example I shared previously. Could you also share an example for this?

In archive ecosystem-2.05-378-5a2b352c9.zip there is a folder streaming.

This folder contains archives with clients for different systems:
rpsa_client-2.05-378-5a2b352c9-rp.zip - for run on RP
rpsa_client-2.05-378-5a2b352c9-win.zip - for run on Windows
rpsa_client-2.05-378-5a2b352c9.zip - for run on Ubuntu
rpsa_client-desktop_2.05-378-5a2b352c9-win.zip
rpsa_client-desktop_2.05-378-5a2b352c9.zip

They contain two examples for Python.

Thank you. I was already using it, but I made some customizations to the code, which I believe caused the issue. However, it's working correctly now. There is still one problem: the output reads 195 at 0 volts and -680 at 200 mV. How can I convert this output to voltage?

This is either a calibration or signal problem.
For 16, the conversion to volts is RAW_VALUE/32768.
So for a constant value of 200mV, the RAW value should be around 6500.
If the divider on the board is 1:20, then the RAW signal must be multiplied by 20

You also need to set the settings in the server configuration, the applied calibration parameters depend on this.
