application oscilloscope et analyseur

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à accéder aux applications achetées oscilloscope et analyseur. Je tape l'adresse 192.168.1.100 sur ie7. J'utilise Windows 7J'ai une fenêtre qui s'affiche. Elle indique networkerror connection timed out. Sur la carte RedPitaya , les leds d(bleu) et p(verte) s'allument. L'orange s'allume et s'éteint. ensuite la led 9 rouge s'allume. Par contre j'ai la carte qui chauffe.
Quelqu'un peut m'aider?

Which version of the ecosystem you're using?

Hello,
first of all execute cmd.exe and type ipconfig.
If the reported IPv4-Address of your computer is not in the range 192.168.1.*, you're not able to connect to RP over ethernet.

The next question is, with which method you are trying to connect to your RP?
Wired ethernet connected to your router?
Wireless with USB wifi dongle?

Please supply more information.

I execute cmd.exe and type ipconfig . Address of my computer is 192.168.1.12. Rp connected with wired ethernet.
I type 192.168.1.100 . A screen display interface select the instrument oscilloscope pro and analyser pro.
I click on run . A screen display : This application is locked etc etc etc. I buy the apllication of a store ELEKTOR. I go to "MY RP" and click UNLOCK APP.
Now the interface work but the apllication don't work. Can you help me please?

Free Application oscilloscope run by example but buyed application oscilloscope don't run. I unlocked application . the interface ask me application locked. I don't understand.
Now RD don't response. My IPv4 is 192.168.1.12.

sorry, the paid applications are out off my business.
I'm only a user as you are.
Redpitaya company has decided to have paid applications so they have to give the support for them.

Hi, Your problem sounds like a subset of a larger problem I have. I've unlocked the scope and analyzer apps in my account online, but my Redpitaya board is unable to retrieve the lic.lic file necessary to run the apps.
In my case, I can't even access the Bazaar site at all. If I click the "get more apps" button, I get a protocol error page instead to the Bazaar app site.
I'm curious if your problem is similar to that in the following thread:

I speak a little English.
I connect RD with ethernet cable beginning January. RD don't response I unlocked software with the code. I connect RD after one week, the RD connect but the sofware buyed don't don't walk . the application ask me the software are not unlocked. I connect RD after one week the RD don't response. I don't understand.
