What is the correct ppa URL?

Post by xyefa » Mon Mar 07, 2016 9:48 am

When I follow these directions from http://wiki.redpitaya.com/index.php?tit ... oper_Guide

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linaro-maintainers/toolchain
sudo apt-get update

I get:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/linaro-maintai ... 4/Packages 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/linaro-maintai ... 6/Packages 404 Not Found

What is the correct ppa URL to get the toolchain?

As of version 0.94 of the Red Pitaya ecosystem, the correct way to set up a development environment is described here. The information in the wiki are outdated and apply only to earlier versions.

Thank you Nils

I went to the link - https://github.com/RedPitaya/RedPitaya/ ... /README.md and the information is certainly different. I will follow the directions. Can we (users) update the wiki?

No, only the Red Pitayans have editing rights on the wiki.
