Getting measurement results to PC

Hello,

We want to use the RP platform for out commercial application.

We already have a .NET based software ready to take data.

We need to get the measured data like min, max, pk, pk-pk, duty-cycle etc. that is measured now in the RP app.

How can we get those without using the UI. Could you please direct me to the right path?

Is it possible to do that without getting into too much changes to RP fpga code and linux app?
