Hi everybody,
With function generator, I would like to generate a signal of my own, and firt of all, trying to understand how it works, I began to upload a trace as Patrick says in post #463, the .csv file was written with Notepad++. When choosing this .csv file, redpitaya replies: "wrong file format".

Thank you for helping.

Hi Simonx,
I excatly wrote as follows:
10
0
10
0
10
0
10
0
10
0

With no space, no tab. Maybe you can help with the format?
Thanks a lot.

How did you create your file? Did you start from a .txt file then renamed it, or did you create a new .csv file directly from Notepad? Created it with Excel?
I think creating a file then renaming it to .csv might cause an error... but I might be wrong.

I tried your example and it works fine for me... for any frequency superior to 96 Hz (?!). When I try a smaller frequency, it just stops.
