PID cross-channels don't work

Hi,
today I used a "normal" PID channel (11) for a fast control loop and tried to add a slow control loop via a PID cross-channel (PID12). However, it seems that PID12 does not work at all, no matter what parameters I set; PID21 seems not to be working, too. Is this problem known, are there any workarounds?
