OS94 vs. OSxx

Hi folks,
I am working with RP for a long time now. I use OS94-536 and works fine. Now I tried to update the OS, it won't work, with to following result:
SIGNALlab_250-12_OS_1.00-26_stable.img -> NO HEART BEAT, NO ACCESS
STEMlab_122-16_OS_0.99-43_stable.img -> NO HEART BEAT, NO ACCESS
STEMlab_125-xx_OS_0.99-48_stable -> HEART BEAT, ACCESS, BUT NO APPS WILL WORK, JUST THE "WAITING-CIRCLE"
red_pitaya_OS_v0.94-RC21_2-Dec-2015 > WORKS FINE, BUT OLD VERSION
With the OS84 there is no possibility to update the OS.
Has anybody an idea what is going on.
