RF Input vs Scope Voltage Level

Hi All,
I'm reading RF input signal using rp_AcqGetDataV function on a 125-14 board.
It's working, based on the C code here:
https://redpitaya.readthedocs.io/en/lat ... exm1.html.

However, on the Scope application, and on an external scope, the voltage is much different.
For example, when injecting 2v peak-to-peak, the output sine from a generator, rp_AcqGetDataV reading show 40mV peak-to-peak.

Please note that the board is calibrated, and IN1 channel is set to HV.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance,
Omer

Is the issue still manifesting after you manually
update the Red Pitaya OS to the latest BETA OS by using this guide:
