BRAM read out

Post by devangrm » Wed Mar 17, 2021 8:03 pm

Hello community,

I am currently working on a project to populate the BRAM at a sample frequency of 1KHz signal on external connector. When reading from OS after writing data on BRAM, only the first 1024 values are correct. I am confused as to whether the values are not populated in right increments in BRAM or am I reading the wrong address location. Here is a sample read out:

no_____clk_count____ s___
1022) 127837067 1,022707 s
1023) 127962029 1,023706 s
1024) 0 0,000000 s
1025) 4294967295 34,360081 s
1026) 1464 0,000012 s

I am using RP 125-10, have allocated 8K range for BRAM at 0x40010000 and BRAM IP configured as True Dual port .

Any direction would be very much helpful as I am very new to FPGA and Vivado.

Thank you for your help.
