I try os update, but my Redpitaya causes a heartbeat, So my server software is broken, and the retry OS update is failed (Unable to connect to the update server. Please check your internet connection or try again later but, my Internet is fine and this error is infinite
how can I solve it?

Unfortunately not all versions are compatible to update using the web menu. Sometimes the difference is just enough not to make this possible.
