How to transmit and acquire modulated digital signal in LABview?

Hello everybody.
I am working with stemlab 125-14 and I would like to transmit digital modulated signal from output and acquire it on input. I am working in LABview. Is it possible? what is the theoretical way to do it in LABview?
My idea is to generate signal with native labview functions and do its modulation and then send this modulated signal as a data to "Configure arbitrary waveform" red pitaya block. Is this the way how to send modulated digital signal on an input?
