DSP Implementation for Spectrum Analyser

Hi,

I am trying to compute FFT spectrum from RAW Time Domain Digital values acquired from redpitaya. But the amplitude of spectrum measured by spectrum analyser web-app is showing quite different noise floor (-80dBm) in comparison to mine having (-120dBm). Please assist me on this I am not getting an idea how web-app computes Frequency Spectrum. I tried to look into DSP code on git as well but hardly understood that.
