Acquire

Post by trollhassel » Mon Jan 19, 2015 9:42 am

Hi.

I am trying to make an impedance analyzer (connected with LabView), but am having problems with the acquiring of the signal. With an input of 1 Vpp I acquire a signal of ~0.9 Vpp with a varying offset. Have used an oscilloscope to check the signal and the generated signal from the RP is fine.
Has anyone here experienced the same problem? Or have any suggestion as to how I can fix this and acquire the signal correctly?

Hi,
Where do you take the sample data from ? The scope app ? The 'acquire' command line utility ?

The acquire utility returns raw data, without the calibration applied to it. There is a modified acquire from edgo, which returns calibrated values.

The scope app on the other hand shows calibrated data.

Thank you very much. The the acquire from Edgo taking into consideration the calibration constants in the EEPOM solved the problem. (Yes, are using the command line acquire).
