read frame invalid, inconsistente

I use scpi-server,
I start with putty scpi-server &
a connect my terminat to pitaya-host:5000 and all work,
I change trigger source, decimation, sampling-rate and so on.
When I think that buffer is ready, I read the buffer but every time I read small point (16384x70-90)
also in ch1 then ch2.
With your oscilloscope App, I see on ch1 my sine 1KHz 10Vpp wave form but using scpi command
I read nothig.
My scpi command are:
ACQ:DATA:UNITS RAW
ACQ:SRAT 125MHz
ACQ:DEC 64
ACQ:TRIG:DLY 8192
ACQ:START
ACQ:TRIG EXT_PE
then I wait that ACQ:TRIG:STAT? = TD
(I see WPOS=TPOS)
and I perform ACQ:SOUR1:DATA?
to read all the CH1 frame buffer starting from trigger event
but everytime I receive a frame of small value
{70,80,90...}

I re-try the example,
My scpi command are:
ACQ:DEC 8
ACQ:TRIG:DLY 0
ACQ:START
ACQ:TRIG CH1_PE
as in example,
then I wait that ACQ:TRIG:STAT? = TD
and I perform ACQ:SOUR1:DATA?
but in the frame I've only value in the range of 70-90 point
any ideas?
