MIO pin and DDR memory

Hello
I have two questions
The first one:
I want to access the MIO pin in the PL: I want to
use the SPI pins as input and output to the PL. Can you help me, please by example or documents?

The second is:
I have another question about using DDR memory.

I have a counter of 32 bits in the PL and I want to save its output on the DDR memory. The data size which I want to save in the DDR is about 10M x 32bit. Then I want to copy this data to my computer. Can you help me, please by example or documents?
