LCR meter without Front_End instrument

Here the discussion about the LCR meter without Front_End instrument is continued.

This project was proposed by a group of students from University of Ljubljana.

The initial proposal is located HEREand copied below:

The expected specifications of our instrument are the following:
  • 1kHz to 100kHz continous frequency range
    5% basic measurement accuracy
    the instrument will be able to measure 10 impedance parameters
    4terminal connections
    automatic parametric frequency sweep
    DC bias voltage 0.5V
    test frequency accuracy +- 0.02Hz
    manual calibration for short/open connections
    graphical interface includes results shown in plots and tables
    can calculate the average of up to 100 measurements
    manual/automatic and smart data acquisition functions
    export your data in multiple formats
