Red Pitaya No OS application

Hi,

I am very new to red pitaya , but i have worked on Zynq Based Zed board and Zybo Boards . Instead of using Os application , i would like to implement No Os based simple Hello world Application creation using ISE 14.6 (not vivado) with procedure and programming to Redpitaya.

Here is a thread about bare-metal apps on the Red Pitaya that has a lot of information and links to resources. I don't think it covers ISE 14.6 specifically, but the methods should still apply with maybe some small adaptions.

How can i programm my .bit and .elf files on the redpitaya either using xmd tools or impact. Is there any other way of loading .mcs or .bin file generated after fsbl creation.
