Cannot connect to RP via ethernet

Hi all,

I am trying to connect to my RP via ethernet cable that is plugged into a router. I used the Quick start page and try to find my RP's IP address, however, when I entered the MAC address, it took me to MY EQUIPMENT page. A table shows the Name, MAC address of my RP, but the IP column is blank and I can only choose to REMOVE it or UNLOCK APPS. Also, I cannot click start even my RP is connected.

What should I do to connect to my RP?

Hi,

Do you have DHCP enabled on your router.
You can log in on to your router and check for Red Pitaya.
Also, check if you have some special characters in the Red Pitaya name on MY Equipment page.
If so., remove the board and add it again with the new name without special characters.

i have the same problem..in addiction the red led is is always off

Hi,
you mean RED LED on Red Pitaya.
If the red LED is constantly off, then system hasn't started at all.

Yes the red led on redpitaya. i'm using windows 10 and i have followed the instructions in quick start menù of your site.
i have installed first the last OS on redpitaya...and it was impossible connect my red pitaya on my network and red led was off. then i used the october 29 2015 realise of os but the problems were the same.
i have purchased the red pitaya from RS and it's arrived 2 or 3 days ago. now if the problems are hardware i send back to RS my red pitaya otherwise not.
when i turn on redpitaya the green and yellow led are on , the blue led blink. when blu led turn on the leds on the wan connector on RP blink

all it's solved...it was the power supply i hava changed it and now it's all ok
