Can't use purchased applications

I bought the Oscilloscope + Signal Generator app and the analyzer app from the Elektor webshop and unlocked them in My Equipement.
The apps show up as unlocked in the My Equipement page. But when I access the Red Pitaya I can not use them, they are locked.
I can access my Red Pitaya @10.0.0.116 and install new (free)apps (and use them). SSH @10.0.0.116 and ping the Red Pitaya website.
Also I removed and added the Red Pitaya in My Equipement several times and loaded the latest stable image on the SD-card.

But nothing seems to work. What can I do to make the applications work?
