Error with Bazaar running from web age

When I try to start the RP from the web page it assigns a different IP address than the one my router has assigned so nothing happens- but if I type in the correct IP address I get the RP page with no application showing and when I press GET APPLICATIONS
it gives -
[error] 817#0: *40 Bazaar protocol error:
I can ping from the RP and it does connect to the outside world ( checked with www.google.com)
Any help really appreciated
