Spectrum Analyzer Pro no screen (doesn't work at all)

Hello all,

I have purchased the RP Diagnostic Kit from Elektor and that included the full version of the oscilloscope and the spectrum analyzer. I have unlocked both apps with the provided serial and they are shown as "unlocked" on my RedPitaya account. I can start and use OscilloscopePro but I cannot use SpectrumAnalyzerPro. Whenever I run Spectrum Analyzer Pro I get following screen:

I also cannot find an option to uninstall this application and reinstall it from scratch, so any help really appreciated.
